With weighty experience on their backs in large-scale office constructions and organizational responsibilities, our colleagues help in working out the goals and detailed schedule of the project in line with our Clients’ interests, and then contribute to the determination of the budget in the course of strategic planning, as well as to maintaining continuous control over the dedicated Capex budgets.  In the spirit of our integrated approach, throughout the duration of the project we coordinate the activities of the designers, contractors and other infrastructure suppliers involved in any given phase with continuous cost monitoring put in place, and send frequent feedbacks to our Clients. In addition to ensuring high levels of quality in construction and maximizing cost savings, our principal goal is to relieve our partners of administrative and human burdens, thereby assisting them to focus on their core business activities even during the project.
